Fields of amicable accident report and how to complete them correctly


Although we finished 2013, so our greeting is a bit late, the friendly part for vehicle accidents last year celebrated a quarter century. From our blog we want to dedicate this post since its implementation has been key to the rapid settlement and payment to insured property damage caused by an incident.This report released in 1988 created the way to manage accidents with material damage freeing drivers from having to wait for the processing thereof to begin repairing their cars.

After reading this brief historical review from CMS Insurance wonder if everyone has really clear how this form Rellana. It is important to know that the document, you must complete and deliver to your company has a number of fields that must be completed correctly:

  • Paragraph 1 and 2 are related to the date, time and location of the accident.
  • Paragraph 3 indicates whether there have been victims, the answer is closed (yes or no).
  • Section 4 reports the damage that may have cause to other vehicles or objects.
  • Chapter 5 describes the witnesses. If you have been witnesses to include their data in this field.
  • The section 6, 7, 8 and 9 correspond to the data of drivers and vehicles involved. Your data are included in column A and B is for the other driver.
